Delivery

We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Our goal is to deliver your purchase safely, efficiently, and as quickly as possible. All products are securely packaged for transport and shipped through trusted professional delivery partners.

To ensure reliable service, we work with multiple specialist carriers. In some cases, your order may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability and warehouse location. Please note that shipping fees are calculated per shipment, not per total order.

Delivery timeframes vary based on product type, availability, and distance from major metropolitan areas. Estimated delivery lead times are shown on each product page to help you plan your purchase.

You can check delivery availability by entering your zip or postal code on the product page. If we do not currently deliver to your location, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following our social channels for updates.

Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. Limited Saturday delivery may be available in selected locations. If you would like to request Saturday delivery, please contact us before your order is processed. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Before placing your order, please make sure the packaged product can fit through your doors, hallways, staircases, and elevators. Package dimensions are listed on each product page. If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, additional delivery charges may apply.

If you choose to ship your order to a freight forwarder, responsibility transfers once the shipment is handed over. We cannot be held liable for issues that occur during or after freight forwarding.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Locations

Shipping charges are applied per shipment, not per order. Rates depend on delivery location and shipment value.

Orders containing multiple items may be delivered separately based on product availability and estimated delivery times. Shipping costs are calculated accordingly and will be shown at checkout once shipment details are finalized.

To confirm service availability, enter your zip code on the product page. For selected locations, free shipping may be offered when the shipment subtotal reaches a specified minimum value (excluding add-on services).

Delivery Service Options

We offer three delivery service levels: Standard, Room of Choice, and White Glove.

Standard delivery is included by default. Upgraded services are available for an additional fee and are charged per shipment. If your order ships in multiple parts, you may select the delivery service for each shipment separately during checkout.

Standard Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the ground floor, building entrance, lobby, or first accessible dry area such as a porch or garage. If the address requires stairs or lift access, items will be delivered to the base of the stairs or lift entrance.

This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.

You will receive notification when your order is ready for delivery, along with tracking information or a scheduled delivery window from the carrier.

Room of Choice Delivery

Your order will be delivered to a specific room inside your home, including up to two flights of stairs.

Additional service fees apply depending on location, and extra stairs beyond two flights may incur additional charges. This service does not include assembly, packaging removal, or moving existing furniture.

Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window.

White Glove Delivery

This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice (up to two flights of stairs), unpacking, full assembly, and removal of packaging materials.

Additional fees apply based on delivery location. Extra stairs beyond two flights may incur additional charges. This service does not include removal or relocation of existing furniture.

Delivery scheduling will be arranged directly with the delivery partner.

Important Delivery Notes

Please confirm that your order will fit through all access points before delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to space limitations, redelivery fees or return shipping and restocking charges may apply.

We recommend protecting flooring and surrounding areas prior to delivery. Delivery personnel are not responsible for damage to floors or property and are not permitted to move existing furniture.

Returns & Cancellations

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery, depending on policy conditions.

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned. However, custom orders may be cancelled within two business days of placing the order.

How to Return an Item

Small items may be returned in person (if applicable) or shipped back by mail. Larger items require scheduled collection.
